EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced Fashion Flash Boutique item, you may contact us within 7 days to see if your Exchange / Return is eligible. All approved exchanges / returns are required to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and once returned you will either be issued with a Store Credit or Exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit, selection of incorrect size.

To be eligible for an exchange / return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.

PayPal Note: If a transaction is placed via PayPal we are required to abide by their rules and exchanges / returns can only be completed in the event a new purchase is raised within 7 days of customers receiving their order.

Once an exchange / return is accepted, Fashion Flash Boutique will be provided with an Authorisation Code that must be noted on the package. If this code is not on the package we cannot accept the return.

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.

When returning an item please keep the tracking number handy in the rare case the parcel goes missing. Fashion Flash Boutique CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.

If you have made a purchase and wish to request an Exchange or Return please use the Contact Us button (bottom right hand corner) with your order number and one of our customer service staff will assist you.

If you have made a purchase as a guest and do not have an account you may contact us via the Contact Us button.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


SALE ITEMS 

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept return or exchange on sale items. This includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit. This also includes Combo Items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind.

If you require the identical item in a different size please use the Contact Us button with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International orders are required to cover their own exchange and return postage costs, you may contact us via the Contact Us button with your request and order number. 

Exchanges and Returns that are accepted by Fashion Flash Boutique must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the items. We recommend you use tracking as if the item is lost it will be the customers responsibility.  


POSTAGE COSTS

Exchange and return postage costs are not covered in the Exchange / Return process, hence, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs relating to exchange or return items. 

You may return items you have received Free Shipping on if it meets one of the return conditions stated and the minimum order value. In the event the returns are greater than the threshold for Free Shipping we will deduct the cost of the postage off your return amount and this will not be attributable to your store credit.


PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES 

Items purchased using a promotional discount code under 20% may be returned for a credit of the amount paid.

Items purchased using a promotional discount code valued at 20% or greater are treated as SALE ITEMS.

FAULTY ITEMS 

If you have received an item that is faulty we require customers to Contact Us immediately (at most within 3 working days of receiving the item) with a photo of the fault. Customers are responsible for checking the items as soon as they have been received as we cannot accept items that have been used or worn as a faulty item.

If your return for the faulty item is approved the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item and must be unworn, unscented, unmarked, must have the original tag on it and be sent back in the original packaging.

Fashion Flash Boutique will provide advice once the item has been received if it is eligible for a refund, alternatively if it does not meet our policy requirements the item will be sent return to sender. 

We do no cover return postage costs on faulty items.
